Instant Elegance uses new, top quality designer fabric. The fabric is affordable because it consists of remnants purchased at the lowest possible cost. Most of these fabrics retail for at least $20 per yard. Instant Elegance item construction is simple but elegant, which keeps labor costs low.
You may choose from an extensive inventory of

fabrics for your Instant Elegance ensemble. Your fabric selection includes medium-weight designer fabrics with a minimum availability of seven yards and a total price of $40 or less.

[NOTE: Sheer, heavyweight, and silk fabrics are not available]

Additional Instant Elegance window valances are available at $70 each (assuming fabric is available). Additional pillows are available at $40 each. Other coordinated custom-made accents - drapery tie-backs, table runners, placemats, etc. - can also be fabricated at affordable fees.

Samples are not available from the supplier and fabrics are not returnable. Your fabric will be shipped to Renaissance Home Staging and Redesign, and we, in turn, will mail you a sample for your approval. If you decide that you don't like the fabric and do not want your Instant Elegance set to be made, then you will only be billed for the cost of the fabric (plus shipping). You can, of course, resell the fabric or use it for other purposes.
